I'm Kirsten Sharpe, the REALTOR for SENIORS™. I'm the Managing Broker and Owner of Sharpe Realty and I love helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. My strongest passion and additional education lies in helping seniors and their families navigate the preparation and sale of their long-held family home.

 

I have earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation, the Seller Representative Specialist designation, the Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification, and the Accredited Buyer's Representative certificate. I continue to educate myself in the field of business and real estate in order to provide you with the best representation, advice, and guidance. 

 

I previously worked in International Sales & Marketing, with $26 Million in sales responsibility.  My customers included DuPont, Pfizer, Procter & Gamble and PepsiCo, among many other prominent companies. You can be assured I have honed my negotiation skills, so I can represent you in the best manner.

 

My formal education includes a Bachelor of Liberal Studies Degree in Business from Purdue University, and a Certificate in Executive Management from Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.

I'm very active and enjoy sports. I hike, golf, run, and ski. My other interests include food & cooking, gardening, art, music, theatre, architecture and traveling.

 

For 30+ years I have lived in South Bend, in Wakarusa, and now in Granger. I love this area and I’m vested in making it a wonderful environment for all of us.
